Fruit Salsa
Ingredients :
1 Enza Pacific Rose Apple
1 mandarin
1 yellow nectarine
1 NZ Sungold Kiwi
2 teaspoons honey
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Steps:
- Remove the 2 ends of the kiwi and slide a spoon into the fruit to remove its skin
- Cut the apple into half and remove its core
- Remove the skin of the mandarin. Separate the segments and discard the seeds (if any)
- Cut and remove the stone of the nectarine
- Dice up all the fruits and place them in a serving bowl
- Combine the honey and lemon juice to make a flavourful sauce.
- Pour over the fruits to bring it all together
